Lou is a labour and employment lawyer with over seven years of experience practicing at a leading workplace law firm. Lou is passionate about workplace issues and cares deeply about her clients. She works collaboratively with her clients to provide preventative training, implement policy initiatives and develop strategic advice relating to all manner of workplace issues. In addition, Lou doubles as our Director of Human Resources.

Worth Noting

Lou grew up on the West Coast and loves to hike and ski. Lou is a little bit obsessed with food. She used to cook for a living, she grows a lot of her own food, forages for mushrooms, and keeps two beehives in her backyard. Unlike David Allardice, Lou hates bananas.
