Alex thoroughly understands his clients. He learns their needs and context before determining and delivering the best-working solutions. Before joining us in 2021, Alex practiced corporate and commercial law at the Vancouver office of a national law firm and at a boutique business law firm.

Alex specializes in banking, corporate, and commercial law with a focus on secured lending transactions, project finance, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex commercial transactions. He prioritizes developing commercially sensible solutions while also considering long-term and big-picture perspectives.
WORTH NOTING
Standing at 6’5”, Alex is one of the tallest individuals at the firm. He’s always the first to offer assistance when others need items from the top shelves around the office.
