About
Michaela is a lawyer at our Vancouver office. She brings her diligence, creative thinking, and open communication to her legal practice to better serve clients.
EXPERTISE
Michaela’s primary interest lies in business law, specifically focusing on Mergers + Acquisitions. However, her interests are broad, and she enjoys exploring various areas of practice. Her experiences at the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic, Pro Bono Students Canada, an accounting firm, and an environmental start-up have allowed her to dip her toes into environmental law, tax, video game law, penal policy, and employment law. Serving a diverse clientele with a range of legal issues, Michaela is attuned to her clients’ needs and adeptly guides them through the intricacies of legal processes.
WORTH NOTING
Outside of the office, Michaela enjoys travelling, trying new foods, and cooking Italian cuisine. She spends weekends scouting good dogs on forest walks, playing soccer, Dungeons and Dragons, or crafting (right now, she is enjoying knitting!).
