We are in your corner

We routinely advise clients on the day-to-day decisions they must make when managing employee issues related to performance or absenteeism; accommodation requests; leaves of absence; interpersonal conflict; and disciplinary decisions, including terminations. We help clients resolve workplace conflict and, when necessary, represent you before courts and administrative tribunals. 

We help you see the forest for the trees. Sometimes you need a little outside perspective in addressing workplace complaints. We routinely conduct workplace investigations and workplace scans to help our clients address specific employee complaints.
