Chris is a lawyer in our Litigation + Dispute Resolution group. He assists clients, in both a litigation and an advisory capacity, with administrative, constitutional, Aboriginal, human rights, and commercial law matters. Chris represents an array of clients, including First Nations, Indigenous organizations, administrative bodies, governments, and corporations.
EXPERTISE
Chris has extensive experience, as both a litigator and solicitor, acting for clients on a range of public and private law matters, including appeals. Chris has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and Ontario and has assisted clients with judicial reviews, appeals, and interventions at the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to joining MT+Co, Chris worked at a boutique public law litigation firm in its Vancouver office, and before that at a leading UK commercial law firm in their London and Paris offices.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys backcountry skiing, climbing, cycling, and squash.
