Jonathan is a lawyer in our Business Law Group in our Victoria office. His practice primarily involves working with private companies, incorporated societies, family-owned businesses, business owners, and professionals.

Jonathan focuses on general business/corporate practice, including mergers and acquisitions, incorporations and business structuring, corporate reorganizations, borrower-side financing support, and commercial real estate transactions.
Jonathan is an open and clear communicator, working to keep clients fully informed on the pros and cons of business decisions available to them, ensuring they can make the best decisions for themselves and their businesses. He brings an empathetic perspective to his practice to better understand client values and goals and offers diligent and dedicated assistance throughout a transaction. Jonathan is collaborative, client-focused, and a creative problem solver.
WORTH NOTING
Before becoming a lawyer, Jonathan worked as an actor and theatre creator in Toronto, where he founded a theatre collective focused on site-specific theatre in found spaces.
Now, you can regularly find Jonathan cycling around Victoria on his long-tail e-bike with his two young children in tow, camping and hiking all around Vancouver Island, or experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.
