Meghan is a lawyer in our Business Law Group in our Vancouver office. They provide solutions-oriented advice to clients to help them achieve their goals.
EXPERIENCE
Meghan has a transaction-based practice with a focus on debt financing. In their financing practice, Meghan acts for lenders, including financial institutions and private lenders, as well as debtors in connection with secured and unsecured financings, including bilateral, syndicated, and club loan arrangements, across a variety of industries, including construction, commercial real estate, not-for-profit housing, mining, forestry, agriculture, food and beverage, and aviation.
Meghan has experience in project financing, acquisition financing, lease financing, commercial real estate financing, asset-based lending, and multi-jurisdictional lending transactions. They also advise clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and corporate reorganizations.
WORTH NOTING
Outside of work, Meghan loves going to concerts and exploring Vancouver’s indie music venues. They also enjoy making pottery and share a small pottery studio with friends.
