Every two years, Canadian Lawyer Magazine (a Thomson Reuters publication) conducts a national survey of the legal community to identify Canada’s top 10 Corporate-Commercial Law Firms under 100 lawyers. The last time this award was handed out – in 2016 – we were thrilled to be recognized as one of Canada’s best in business law.

Since then, we have continued to evolve into a leading business law firm focused on pushing boundaries in our industry and creating a better experience for both our clients and our people. Our practice covers a full range of business legal services, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate-commercial law, employment law, financial services and Indigenous law, and we continue to deliver legal services in a manner consistent with our core values.
