Christine Stelmack

Christine is a paralegal in our Business Law and Transactions Group. She is a professional multi-tasker, adapts quickly to change, and works well under pressure. Her curiosity, enthusiasm for learning, and dependable, organized, and detail-oriented nature make her an incredible addition to our team!

Christine brings over 20 years of experience assisting lawyers in various corporate and securities transactions involving private and public corporations and now brings her experience to MT+Co.

Christine’s experience includes equity and debt financings, corporate finance and governance matters, reorganizations, initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, shareholder meetings, and continuous disclosure reporting obligations of reporting issuers as well as investment funds.

WORTH NOTING

Christine is obsessed with knitting and all things yarn (her yarn stash borders on the obscene), and you can find a work-in-progress in her bag at any given time. Christine spends time with her family on their mountain bikes when she is not knitting. Christine is a big supporter of kids in sports and has been a member of the West Vancouver Field Hockey Club’s Junior Committee and lead coordinator of the WVFHC Spring League program since 2020.
