Daisy Ho

Daisy is MT+Co.’s Business Development and Marketing Manager. She works within our two verticals to support our practice groups, advancing and honing their business development and marketing endeavors.

Daisy is a team player who believes in creating a space where every team member feels encouraged to speak their mind and share their ideas. She describes her working style as flexible and solutions-oriented, believing that the best results come from out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.

Before joining us, she worked at a global law firm where she supported practice and industry groups by collaborating closely with leaders to elevate group profiles and increase their market share. Her experience includes supporting real estate, banking, financial services, insolvency and restructuring, national security, government relations, political law, healthcare, and pensions and benefits.

To best support the teams of lawyers she works with, Daisy utilizes her solution-oriented mindset and collaborative skills to achieve the firm’s innovative and forward-thinking objectives.

Outside of work, Daisy enjoys spending time with her miniature poodle (Shiloh), hiking, travelling, and experiencing different cultures and foods.
