Laura is a principal lawyer at MT+Co. and leads the Victoria Business Law Group. Laura is a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, private companies, family-owned businesses, professionals, and Indigenous organizations. Laura’s practice is grounded in connecting with clients and providing thoughtful guidance to businesses navigating growth, change, and opportunity.

- Advising on business formation, ownership structures, and corporate governance
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including shareholder agreements and service agreements

With experience in mergers and acquisitions at a reputable national firm and an education in business, Laura offers a practical and collaborative approach to complex negotiations and transactions.
