With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Lesley’s experience includes corporate transactions, such as share and asset acquisitions, corporate and tax reorganizations, and various other corporate proceedings involving private equity funds. Lesley takes pride in her work and thrives in a collaborative work environment that supports learning and professional growth.
