Loveena Bhatia

Billing Coordinator

Loveena is a billing coordinator on our Finance Team. She strives for efficiency through constant revisions that help evolve her processes. When working in a team, Loveena prefers an open line of communication to tackle setbacks in real-time and better support the team where needed. Her focus is to problem-solve and better streamline billing for the whole firm and brings value by doing both!

Loveena brings a distinctly versatile background to her role at MT+Co. She’s dipped her toes in marketing, worked as a choreographer, kickbox instructor, retail, and legal assistant, and now she lends her talents to the world of finance. Loveena firmly believes there are transferable skills where you would least expect!

Loveena brings her ability to put out fires on the go, her A+ numbers skills, working under pressure, and her efficiency with Excel and PC Law to her role. She pairs this with her excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate clearly with lawyers and practice managers which she finds are crucial in her role.

Historically, dancing has been a tool to help Loveena get into a flow state of mind. Now she finds joy in tennis, badminton, and hiking to further explore Beautiful BC. She loves spending time with her four cats and one husband to unwind at the end of the day.

Some of Loveena’s volunteering experiences include helping to construct a house to empower women (especially single mothers and immigrants), riding in a bike marathon to raise funds for cancer research, and running a donation club to collect used books for underprivileged children. Loveena also worked for a non-profit organization for about two years in India volunteering as a teacher for orphans at several orphanages. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated and passionate member of the team!!
