About

Mark is a Principal Lawyer and a member of the Business Law Group in our Victoria office. He is an entrepreneur at heart and known for having a practical, business-focused approach to solving his clients’ legal issues.  Mark’s work style is open, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.

EXPERTISE

Mark’s practice primarily focuses on commercial real estate, leasing, financing and development, as well as general corporate, commercial, and business transactions. His clients include privately held companies, societies, not-for-profits, and First Nations’ economic development entities.

WORTH NOTING

In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, two teenagers, and their yellow lab, and boating, fishing, mushroom picking, surfing, and playing ping-pong. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mark worked as a research diver for the University of Victoria and as a salmon and halibut fishing guide in Haida Gwaii and Tofino.
