Mike Megalli

Mike is a principal lawyer in our Business Law Group. He advises founders, business owners and management teams on a broad range of corporate, business and securities law matters.

EXPERTISE

Mike works closely with clients to understand their businesses, priorities and strategic goals. He combines deep technical expertise with practical, commercially focused guidance to help clients execute transactions and navigate complex legal issues efficiently and effectively.

Mike’s practice includes advising private and public companies on:

• buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions
• corporate structuring and tax-driven reorganizations
• business formation, ownership structures, and shareholder agreements
• commercial contracts
• capital raises and equity financings
• stock exchange listings and securities compliance

He is also experienced in helping closely-held companies navigate corporate governance issues, shareholder disputes and business separations.

Mike is currently completing the CPA In-Depth Tax Program, further strengthening his ability to provide integrated, tax-aware advice to clients.
