Mike is a lawyer in our Business Law Group. He works with start-ups, growth-stage and midsize companies, and assists clients in a wide range of industries like technology, retail, life sciences, mining, and financial services.

Mike takes the time to get to know his clients and their businesses personally and professionally to deliver practical and accessible legal advice. He advises private and public company clients on a variety of matters, including:
- commercial, corporate and securities law matters
- mergers and acquisitions
- stock exchange listings and compliance
- corporate governance (including public company continuous disclosure)
- private placements and prospectus financings
- plans of arrangement, amalgamations, and reverse takeovers
- corporate reorganizations and structuring
