Natalia manages MT+Co.’s Administrative Team and brings over fifteen years of client service experience to her role—impressive! Her supportive working style, accountability, and approachability are just a few reasons she is an integral part of our team. Over the years, Natalia has perfected the art of anticipating client needs and delivering on her promises, whether it’s solving complex problems or finding the perfect solution for their needs.

As MT+Co.’s Administrative Team manager, Natalia’s “secret sauce” to excellent leadership is listening to her team and leading by example. When the team takes on a big task, she’s right there in the trenches, providing hands-on support.

Like any good resident of the Pacific Northwest, Natalia lives for the outdoors. When she is not at work, she loves camping, hiking, and spending time at the beach. Natalia is a huge film buff, and when she’s not outdoors, she can often be found curled up on the couch with her two cats, enjoying the latest movie releases.

Natalia is a volunteer HR Subsection Co-Chair with the BC Legal Management Association. In this role, she is dedicated to fostering professional growth by organizing engaging and informative sessions that provide valuable development opportunities for her peers throughout the year.
