Natalia Yan

Natalia manages MT+Co.’s Administrative Team. She brings a wealth of client service experience (over fifteen years – yowza!) to her role. Natalia’s supportive working style, accountability, and approachability are only a few examples of why she is an integral part of our team. 

Over the years, Natalia has perfected the art of anticipating client needs and delivering on her promises, whether it be problem-solving difficult issues or finding the right solution to what they are looking for. As MT+Co.’s Administrative Team manager, Natalia’s “secret sauce” to being an excellent manager is listening to her team and ensuring she’s leading by example, so when the team takes on a big task, she is right there in the trenches with the others to help and support.

Like any good resident of the Pacific Northwest, Natalia lives to be outdoors. When not at the office, she loves camping, hiking, and going to the beach. She is passionate about travelling and exploring the outdoors all around the world.
