Nathan is a lawyer in our Litigation + Dispute Resolution Group. He acts for a wide range of clients—from individuals and small businesses to public companies, and everything in between. Known for his proactive approach, Nathan is committed to driving matters forward with practical, results-oriented solutions.
EXPERTISE
Nathan’s practice includes complex corporate and commercial litigation, societies disputes, public law, professional negligence, breach of contract claims, and shareholder disputes. He works across diverse industries, including technology, telecommunications, maritime, aviation, and hospitality. Nathan has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia.
Beyond litigation, Nathan has secured court approval for several multi-billion-dollar plans of arrangement, contributing to the successful completion of major corporate transactions.
Nathan maintains a pro bono practice involving files that span his practice areas. He has provided over 325 hours of pro bono legal work since being called to the bar.
