Rebecca Sandulac

Rebecca is the Director of Finance + Operations at MT+Co., responsible for overseeing the firm’s administration, non-lawyer personnel, HR, financial management, facilities management, systems + IT, and marketing and business development functions.  With her wicked sense of humour and extensive law firm experience, she keeps our finances in check, implements the firm’s strategic plan, establishes and implements systems, manages ESOP and banking relationships, and improves and streamlines firm processes. Rebecca is a critical-thinking team player with a true love for all things Excel.

EXPERTISE

Rebecca has been working in the legal industry since 2001. Before moving to Canada, she worked for several of the Top 20 UK Law firms; her broad range of legal finance experience at different-sized firms has allowed her to develop a diverse, in-depth knowledge of law firm operations. She has extensive experience managing accounting departments and has led several end-to-end transitions of financial systems, which include process optimization, change management, systems consolidation, risk management, compliance, and data migration.

WORTH NOTING

Rebecca and her husband live in Squamish with their two sons and two wiener dogs. Rebecca proudly calls herself a bird geek and is a fan of all things nature.  She volunteers for the Sea to Sky Injured Wildlife Network and spends much of her free time in the mountains with her family.
