Taj is part of our Finance Team, where she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. She looks after accounts payable, accounts receivable, disbursements, and expense claims for all law groups across the firm — always with an eye for detail and a focus on fairness.

With over 17 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, Taj has worn many hats — from accounts payable and receivable to payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, and project-based accounting. She has a knack for spotting issues early and finding practical, accurate solutions.

Taj believes in open communication, kindness, and supporting the people around her. She’s always eager to learn something new and appreciates the supportive, collaborative culture at MT+Co.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Taj enjoying nature — hiking, tending to her garden, or simply soaking up fresh air. She’s a passionate cook who loves experimenting with recipes, sharing good meals with her family, and unwinding with a great movie.
