Tara B

Tara is a practice manager in our Vancouver office and acts as a float across all practice groups. She is calm, detail-oriented, and proactive in her work, anticipating the needs of clients and colleagues in advance. She is a dedicated learner and is always looking for ways to better support her team and improve efficiency across workflows.

Tara brings experience in both private practice and government to her role. She began her career supporting Manitoba and Ontario real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters while assisting the managing partner of her previous firm. From there, Tara moved into a role with Manitoba Prosecution Services, where she spent nine years, including the last four as an intake paralegal supporting criminal litigation and the Crown Attorney’s Office.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys staying active, painting, and pottery. She unwinds with hot yoga and travel, and, as a foodie, loves experiencing and learning about new cultures.
