Temur Mirzarakhmatov

Temur is an accounting assistant on our Finance Team. He is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and brings value to the team through his attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and commitment to process. Temur is a quick learner, reliable, and patient. He is a firm believer in asking questions when needed and is committed to supporting the team and maintaining high-quality financial operations.

Before joining MT+Co., Temur worked as a bookkeeper in a law firm, where he gained a strong understanding of trust accounting and BC Law Society compliance. Additionally, he gained experience in accounting for manufacturing, property rentals, and pharmacy operations. His diverse professional background, paired with his MBA studies, created a strong foundation in financial operations, controls, and problem-solving. At MT+Co., Temur is responsible for processing disbursements, handling expense claims, recording transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting firm-wide finance team projects.

Outside of work, Temur is passionate about personal development. He unwinds by hiking, taking walks in nature or by the ocean, and trying new foods.
