Theresa Thoreson

Theresa is MT+Co.’s corporate services manager and assists our lawyers with corporate and business transactions. With over 35 years of paralegal experience, Theresa has extensive experience in preparing detailed senior-level corporate documentation. An analytical self-starter and excellent communicator, Theresa has an outstanding ability to bring order to chaos. 

Theresa primarily works in MT+Co.’s corporate services department, providing support for our corporate clients with all corporate-related transactions and providing support and training for all corporate staff. Theresa also manages the corporate department workflow and assists with the creation of corporate precedents, processes, and document coding for our corporate database.

WORTH NOTING

Outside of the office, Theresa is a grandma – and we mean that in the most wholesome way possible. She loves spending time with her friends and family, hosting large family gatherings, organic gardening, cycling, swimming, and going on long walks with her loved ones.
