Amy is a practice manager in our Business Law Group. She is a collaborative and open communicator who approaches challenges with logic and an open mind. A fast learner, she is detail-oriented and efficient, always ensuring that projects stay on track and meet their set timelines.
EXPERTISE
Before joining MT+Co., Amy worked in-house for one of Canada’s leading benefits providers, supporting all business areas and coordinating M&A transactions for the company and its subsidiaries.
Amy has over ten years of experience in legal services and is well-versed in corporate records, business law, and privacy law. Before entering the legal industry, she spent five years in fashion marketing and events.
WORTH NOTING
Outside of work, Amy spends most of her time keeping up with her three children. When she has a moment to herself, she enjoys trying new restaurants, attending concerts, working out at the gym or kickboxing, and occasionally practicing yoga. An avid reader, Amy is currently celebrating a 100-week daily reading streak on her Kinde.
