Clayton joins MT+Co. as a summer student in our Vancouver office. He is eager to explore all areas of law, with a particular interest in our Litigation + Dispute Resolution Group.

EXPERTISE

While in law school, Clayton worked as a research assistant to Professor Rebeca Macias Gimenez on a project titled “Realizing Indigenous Jurisdiction for Environmental Decision-Making in Historic Treaty Lands: An Alberta Treaty 8 Case Study.” In addition to his research, Clayton volunteered with Student Legal Services Edmonton in the Civil and Human Rights divisions.

WORTH NOTING

Clayton is an avid tennis player, a hobby he picked up in college. He also enjoys cooking overcomplicated meals, a hobby he picked up in France. On weekends, he can be found cycling around Vancouver, reading in coffee shops, and watching horror movies.
