Rebecca belongs to the Haisla Nation and was raised in Kitimat on Haisla territory. Soon to be called to the bar, Rebecca is dedicated to advancing the goals of Indigenous governments through structuring governance frameworks, building meaningful corporate partnerships, and supporting sustainable natural resource development that reflects community priorities while upholding environmental stewardship.

With a background in social work, mental wellness, and crisis intervention, Rebecca brings thoughtfulness, composure, and a steady presence to every interaction. Her experience shapes her legal perspective, blending her knowledge of the law with human understanding to deliver powerful advocacy.

Rebecca loves spending time with her husband, Jesse, whether they’re camping, canoeing, fishing, or simply enjoying the outdoors together. She also cherishes time with their family, immersing herself in writing or reading a good book. For her, life is about finding balance and staying grounded in what matters most.
