Of Erin’s practice, Merle Alexander, principal lawyer in our Indigenous Law Group, said, “Erin brings a tremendous regulatory advocacy and solicitor’s depth to a multitude of natural resource industry sectors.  Erin brings pragmatic, creative, and constructive advice to our business and Indigenous clients.  Her skills demand respect, and we are proud to add her to a powerful team.  Erin’s Principal appointment also heralds a firm milestone by increasing our Indigenous Principals to five members.”

He has particular expertise in shareholder disputes within closely held companies, working to guide clients through complex negotiations, shareholder exits, and business separations.

Emily Savage said, “Mike is integral in helping our clients navigate structuring, corporate, securities, and transactional matters. He offers pointed, strategic advice to his clients and has the ability to distill complex legal issues in an approachable and digestible manner. In addition to his legal acumen, Mike brings authenticity, humour, and wit to everything that he does, and our team and clients are lucky to work alongside him.”

Shannon Faleiro is a member of our Workplace Law and Litigation + Dispute Resolution Groups in our Vancouver office. Shannon is a skilled employment lawyer and litigator with a strategic mindset. Shannon’s thorough approach has also served him well within the halls of MT+Co., where he can usually be found organizing some type of unique social activity for his colleagues, dribbling together a firm basketball team, or leading our student recruitment activities.”
