Allison Sproule

Kayla Ludvigson

Allison is a litigator who works with entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and Indigenous Nations.

Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, Allison grew up surrounded by lawyers with hardworking prairie grit. She takes a pragmatic, dedicated approach to each client matter, quickly sifting through complex issues to find the strategies required to resolve disputes.

After earning her BComm degree and working as a wealth manager in Vancouver, Allison was drawn back to her family roots after she realized she wanted to help clients in a broad, meaningful way.

Allison represents clients in commercial disputes, natural resources and environmental issues, and Indigenous law matters. She has worked on large-scale Aboriginal rights and title cases since joining MT+Co. as a summer student in 2019.

Allison’s background in finance is an invaluable resource for clients seeking a lawyer who understands corporate risk and structures and can mitigate potential damages.

Allison recently finished writing her first novel, but if it takes her as long to edit as it did to write, you can expect to see it published around 2030.
