You may have noticed that we're slightly less formal than some other firms. So it might not come as a surprise that our summer program is somewhat less structured than most. This is for your benefit. There are no formal rotations; instead, we integrate you into our practice from day one, ensuring that you’re able to acquire experience that’s both broad and deep. You’ll essentially be practicing law—or at least law with training wheels.

We value our relationship with our students and take the time to get to know you well. We’re not particularly serious folks, but we do take our responsibility to our students seriously, making sure you’re provided the mentorship you need to develop as a member of the firm and the legal community.

This experience is about laying a foundation on which students can build a successful career. We’re proud to say that many—if not most—of our summer students end up coming back to work with us after they graduate. We think that’s a pretty great endorsement of the experience we offer.
