Why MT+Co.?

“From the first moment I walked into the offices, I felt so welcome by everyone. I love how invested everyone is in the success of the firm. It’s so refreshing. The values of the firm are intrinsically aligned with my own, making it a very special workplace. I also love how dogs are allowed in the office. Work is always better when there are dogs around!”

Navnit’s practice focuses on secured lending and commercial real estate. She has acted for both borrowers and lenders on a wide variety of debt financing transactions, and for clients on the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial properties.

Worth Noting

Navnit is a new mother with a rambunctious 16-month-old who keeps her and her husband on their toes. In her spare time, she is a barre enthusiast, having taken more than 1000 barre classes to date. She also enjoyed (when she also enjoyed some free time) various other forms of exercise, including spinning, kick boxing, hiking and running and is hopeful that one day she’ll get to resume some of these activities again.
